This is a TRUMPF machine for punching out metal sheets.
Its exceptionally high beam quality enables precise cutting.
In addition, it can automatically load, unload, and sort parts, which helps shorten delivery times.

TruLaser Tube 5000
This is the latest TRUMPF machine for pipe blanking.
It offers short processing times and can handle a wide variety of pipes.
Equipped with a bevel-cutting option, it enables angled cuts of up to 45°.
This contributes to shorter delivery times.

TruLaser 3030 fiber
This is a high-power 8kW TRUMPF fiber laser processing machine.
It handles not only thin sheets but also thick mild steel, contributing to excellent edge quality.
With its collision-avoidance function, it ensures high safety and maintains high operating rates, helping to shorten delivery times.
In addition, it uses a high-efficiency chiller that cools the laser and machine with water instead of chemical refrigerants, and its new nozzle design reduces nitrogen consumption by up to 70%, contributing to environmental sustainability.

Spot Welding Process

NK-03HLV100-20
This is a Koyo Giken machine for spot welding.
As it is the highest-grade machine, the table size is large at 1000 x 2000, and it can handle not only SPCC, bonded steel plate, and stainless steel, but also galvanized and aluminum.
In addition, high-speed welding technology that controls heat input minimizes the impact of heat, preventing spot surfaces from burning and achieving a beautiful finish.
Furthermore, welding conditions can be read using a barcode, significantly reducing setup time and contributing to shorter delivery times.

METAL-ESTE1300
This is a deburring machine made by ST-LINK.
Its wide opening allows it to process large workpieces. The brush rotation axis is also eccentric, allowing the abrasive brush to hit the workpiece from any angle, ensuring even polishing. Furthermore, the abrasive brush can be attached and detached with a single touch, without the need for tools, to suit the workpiece material and desired finish.

3D scanner type coordinate measuring machine VL-700
This is a 3D scanner-type coordinate measuring machine manufactured by KEYENCE.
Equipped with a newly developed high-resolution projection and receiving lens and a WDR CMOS sensor, it can acquire 3D data that is faithful to color and shape.
By quantifying the entire three-dimensional shape, it is possible to measure any part, and it can also be compared with drawings to check for deviations from the design.
