President’s Message
With great pride and a strong spirit, we create the finest products.
Since our establishment in September 1974, our company has continuously refined its expertise in precision sheet metal processing, focusing primarily on prototyping thin sheet components such as printer parts.
In November 2015, to carry on these technologies and the founder’s spirit, a new Yamada Co., Ltd. was established.
By combining the craftsmanship and technical expertise we have cultivated over many years with the latest equipment, we have expanded our capabilities beyond complex and precise bending of various materials—such as iron, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, and brass—to include pipe and sheet assembly, thick plate processing, and other challenging fabrication tasks.
Today, we proudly provide comprehensive solutions from prototyping to mass production, handling everything from small parts to large products up to three meters in length, and sheet thicknesses ranging from 0.3 mm to 25 mm.
Although we remain a limited company and do not hold ISO certification, we are dedicated to delivering satisfaction that exceeds our customers’ expectations.
To achieve this, we actively introduce new equipment, hold monthly Quality & Improvement Meetings to thoroughly investigate and eliminate defects, and promote continuous improvement through departmental proposals.
We have also implemented a production management system to ensure complete traceability and rigorous delivery control for shorter lead times.
At the same time, we are committed to improving work styles and reducing overtime hours as part of our work style reform efforts.
Through these ongoing initiatives, we will continue to enhance both product quality and customer satisfaction.
With our motto — “With great pride and a strong spirit, we create the finest products” — we, at Yamada, will steadfastly uphold and pass on Japan’s renowned craftsmanship as a company devoted to preserving the spirit of “Made in Japan.”
