At Yamada, we have implemented the TECHS-BK system to “visualize” production — showing who performed the work, when, how long it took, and how the processing was carried out — thereby enhancing traceability.
This enables us to achieve effective QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) control.

Even in the unlikely event of a product defect, we can identify the process where the issue occurred and have a system in place to prevent recurrence.

- Adherence to Delivery Deadlines →We issue work instructions and manage them with barcodes, enabling real-time monitoring of processing progress. This allows us to provide support to any delayed departments and prevent delivery delays. In addition, to respond to shorter lead times, Yamada promotes multi-skilled training for its operators.
