At Yamada, we have implemented the TECHS-BK system to “visualize” production — showing who performed the work, when, how long it took, and how the processing was carried out — thereby enhancing traceability.
This enables us to achieve effective QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) control.

This allows us to provide support to any delayed departments and prevent delivery delays. In addition, to respond to shorter lead times, Yamada promotes multi-skilled training for its operators.
